@dano (Dan Yakel) has found a good price point at Custom Ink for T-shirts. 

• 43 colors to choose from
• Hanes cotton
• sizes ranging from S to 4XL (2XL and larger are a small upcharge)
• screen printed

We can a base price of $18 each if we can get to 50 units — we will because I can find a way to sell the excess quantity.

Note: if you choose a dark color the logos get a bit lost, I’ve linked a sample that shows a handful of colors and lighter is better.

What you need to do:

Reply to this thread with your size, color, and quantity.  Once we have enough I’ll make an order and announce it.  It should take about 2 weeks for delivery and I’ll bring to the next meeting after they arrive.  Pay for them when they arrive and if we net positive on cash flow from the show I’ll reimburse anyone who helped with the show from proceeds at the Christmas meeting.

I will not mail shirts to anyone, must come to a meeting to collect.

I currently have 30 shirt orders.  Next price break is at 50.

If I order 50 I’ll have to buy some colors and sizes that “might” sell, or I just buy the 30 and if we need more we try to get to the 25 minimum order.

Tim, PayPal would not let me select Friends and Family and had to use Goods and Services so I added a few dollars to cover the fee that comes out of the sellers amount.
