- 0700-0900 – Vendor(s) Set Up time in the Main and Secondary Halls
- 0900 – Doors open to the public and for contest registration
- 1000 – Judges Meeting in the “Ready Room”
- 1000 – First Raffle Drawing. Every hour on the hour throughout show
- 1030 – Judging Starts for the contest
- 1200 – Contest Registration closes for the show
- 1400 – First Super Raffle Drawing
- 1430 – Judging Closes for the show
- 1430-1530 – Judging tabulation for awards presentation
- 1500 – Judges lay out Bronze and Silver awards with appropriate models
- 1500 – Second Super Raffle Drawing; Final Raffle Drawing
- 1530 – Awards Presentation (Juniors; Golds; Specials)
- 1600 – Show Closes to public
