Friday, 6 October Schedule of Events for PaxCon23
1700-1830 – Set up and arrange all tables in the Main and Secondary Halls
1800-1830 – Set up Registration tables and all forms / binders
1800-1830 – Set up and fill Raffle tables and ticket tubs
1800-1900 – Hang all Banners and Signs around show hall
1830-1900 – Tablecloths on all contest tables
1830-2000 – Vendor(s) Set Up time in the Main and Secondary Halls
1900-2000 – Place all Category & “Do Not Touch” signs on contest tables
Place all Vendors & Display names on vendor/display tables.

2000 – Secure HVFD Hall for evening.

0630 – Showtime for all morning help
0700-0900 – Vendor(s) Set Up time in the Main and Secondary Halls (Limited
refreshments during this time)
0900 – Doors open to the public and for contest registration
1000 – Judges Meeting in the “Ready Room”
1000 – First Raffle Drawing. Every hour on the hour throughout show
1030 – Judging Starts for the contest
1200 – Contest Registration closes for the show
1400 – First Super Raffle Drawing
1430 – Judging Closes for the show
1430-1530 – Judging tabulation for awards presentation
1500 – Judges lay out Bronze and Silver awards with appropriate models
1500 – Second Super Raffle Drawing; Final Raffle Drawing
1530 – Awards Presentation (Junior; Gold; Specials)
1600 – Show Closes to public
1630-1900 – Tear Down & Clean Up
