The Planning Committee (I hate that this sounds formal) met in January to review actions to get us to October 4th — PAXCON 2025!!
Basically we just confirmed who each coordinator is, what our drumbeat will be, and the actions necessary to be successful (with due dates). In summary:
Feb — Flyers for shows, initial invites to vendors and club contacts in our region. Any Club that wants to have a display table can get one, specifics will be in the initial invite.
Mar — Turn on the Sponsor and Vendor e-commerce page. Post initial table layout. Confirm categories for the competition and artwork for the decal sheet.
Apr – Sep — Updates to table layout, sponsor lists, website, etc.
Oct 3rd — Doors open at ~2pm for vendors to unload and set up their tables. Clubs are also allowed to set up their display tables.
Oct 4th — Show Day!!
